Responsible Project Production which includes, but not limited to:
High Communication skills. Review plans, general conditions, and specifications. Insure the project meets and exceeds and all other governing code requirements in order to assure minimal change orders are awarded after the contract. Write job schedules and review on a monthly and weekly basis, throughout the project to ensure needed resources are available and project is delivered on time. Be available to attend all necessary project meetings. All RFI’s and field directives are to be sent through the Project Manager in the corporate office. Approvals of Survey Requests. Report all issues and any sensitive issues with staff Project Manager and Client. Controls field progress of the operation to meet the objectives.Adheres / Enforces OSHA, SWPPP, Agency Building and Safety Codes, and Local & State Laws. Develops project schedule and collaborates review with Project Manager for completeness. Prepares and assists in weekly project update meetings and schedule. Ensures project quality on the project. Reviews and approves at level one all change order requests, if warranted; Ensures compliance with all company and client policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering/construction management, preferred.
Knowledge and Experience with Heavy Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial & Public Work Projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Project , Outlook and Excel , Primavera is a plus
Project Manager Position includes, but limited to;
Communicates directly with company staff, clients, provide support to construction manager contractors/designers concerning RFI's, project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract, specifications. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is given and collaborate to obtain, organize and distribute bid documents, Ensures compliance with all company and client policies and procedures. Performing quantity take off's. Write scopes of work for AiA contracts, gather and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and vendors to present to clients. Assist with tracking job costs, general conditions costs. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and produce close out books. Other administrative duties as needed.
Knowledge and Experience with Heavy Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial & Public Work Projects. Prepares all the notification documents regarding power, telecom, water and fire utilities.
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering/construction management, preferred.

Their primary duties included, but limited to;
Collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purpose of their contracts. Drafting and revising contracts for Project Managers final review. Ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary. Qualifying all subcontractors license(s), insurances and references. Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution. Accounts Receivable and Minor Bookkeeping.
